The Aim: Alo UK has a network of dealerships that stock their products across the UK. To keep them up to date with news, events, and product releases and updates Alo UK wanted to send them a newsletter by post and email.
The Undertaking: This newsletter was the first for Alo UK so they took prompts from SW1 as to what would work, we wanted to ensure the newsletter didn’t go straight in the bin and was read; pictures are key to this. As Alo UK were a new client to us we decided to photograph their staff and new premises so that their dealers could put a face to the voice, as a lot of their communication is done by telephone. This mode of communication would be new for their dealers from them too, so it needed to be clear, concise, and attractive.
The Result: Alo UK received several calls complimenting them on their newsletter and how good it was to have highlights from them all in one place. Many dealers have found they receive a lot of correspondence, each with a different message, to have it all together was great. The first issue was very successful, so plans have been put in place to continue with these.
